Ayako Okada is an expereinced sommelier with 5 years working experience and travelling to Burgundy, including
visits to Domain de la Romanee Conti, Christophe Roumier, Armand Rousseau, and other Burgundy producers.
She is dedicated to offering her clients the best wine selection in central Tokyo. Okada is a member of the Academie du Vin,
and is an instructor​, who arranges private wine tastings for members, and takes small groups to Burgundy on request.


Ugo Perret-Gallix
Ugo is a young chef who arrived in Japan in 2016 to Kikunoi Kyoto, and moved to Tokyo to work for 6-years with Lionel Beccat of L'Esquisse a two star Michelin.
Kibun is his journey, a story of his vision and a dream to create a passage of his daily visits
to Toyosu market, were he goes each morning.
